The Turing Building, located at Stratford Cross in London, is a 21-storey modern workspace designed for both occupiers and visitors. Developed by Lendlease, it covers 20,000 sq ft and includes a dynamic reception area with a café and library, as well as Lounge Twenty One, a shared workspace and exclusive business lounge. The design emphasizes a hospitality-driven environment with numerous amenities to foster collaboration and wellness, including bookable boardrooms, mindful spaces, and a landscaped rooftop terrace with skyline views. The interior features warm timber accents, high-quality materials, and a refined aesthetic, aimed at providing a comfortable yet professional atmosphere.
The building has achieved notable sustainability certifications, including BREEAM Outstanding and aims for WELL Gold, highlighting its focus on occupant health and environmental efficiency. The digital infrastructure has a WiredScore Platinum rating, while energy performance is confirmed with an EPC A rating. Area’s collaborative approach in executing the design under tight deadlines allowed for efficient decision-making and a high-quality outcome that aligns with the client's sustainability goals, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and excellence in modern office design.
