Films@59 sees an 18,500 sqft historic Georgian townhouse in Bristol transformed into a creative, collaborative workplace. Delivered in 24 weeks, the Cat B office fit-out combines specialist post-production editing suites, acoustically rated workspaces, client offices and shared breakout areas. The design balances technical performance with welcoming, flexible spaces that encourage collaboration between production teams, clients and employees.

Original features, including parquet flooring and period doors, were carefully restored, while improved accessibility and modern facilities brought the building up to contemporary workplace standards. The result is a distinctive, high-performing creative workspace that supports Films@59’s production operations, strengthens its brand identity and brings people together.
