Project overview
TLT's new space in Birmingham is one of many projects we have completed together across our 30 year partnership. This is a 13,000 sqft Cat B office fit-out, creating a hybrid-ready regional hub for collaboration, client hosting and future growth.
Completed in just 16 weeks, the project combines hospitality-led workplace design with practical, flexible spaces. A central barista-style coffee bar connects meeting suites, private focus rooms, collaborative areas and client-facing facilities. Inclusive design features, including wellness and nursing rooms, and private hearing and exam rooms support different employee needs, while 90 desks provide capacity for future expansion.
Inspired by Birmingham’s local character, the design incorporates a distinctive mustard-led palette, bespoke finishes and city-inspired details. Sustainable fit-out decisions, including reusing existing Cat A lighting, selected furniture and locally sourced materials, helped reduce environmental impact. The result is a welcoming, high-performing legal workplace that strengthens connections between regional teams, supports hybrid working and delivers a professional client experience.
