Attensi

Attensi, a leader in 3D gamified simulation training, tasked Soul Spaces with finding a new office due to their rapid growth. Situated in Southworks, Southwark, London, the project involved 6,000 sq. ft. of office space designed to accommodate 60 to 70 employees. The challenge was to replicate the premium atmosphere of their previous office while moving to a location that met their expanding needs. Soul Spaces overcame a lack of suitable premium spaces by arranging a conventional lease, ultimately securing an 18% reduction in monthly costs, saving them over half a million pounds over three years. The office features a blend of collaborative and quiet zones, premium furnishings, and an inviting client-friendly ambiance.
