After nearly three decades in its previous Tunbridge Wells office, Logistics UK saw the opportunity to rethink how its people work and connect.
From property search through to delivery, Workplace Creations transformed 13,000 sq ft across six floors into a brighter, more collaborative and better-connected headquarters.
Delivered in just 10 weeks, the CAT B fit out introduced dedicated training facilities, breakout spaces, a staff gym and separate entrances for employees, visitors and training candidates, improving the flow and functionality of the workplace.
The result is a workplace designed around the needs of its people and business, already contributing to a significant increase in office attendance.
