LaSalle Investment Management appointed Workplace Creations to create a distinctive, flexible environment that celebrated the building’s industrial heritage while meeting the expectations of modern businesses and prospective tenants.

Delivered over 12 weeks, the design focused on retaining and enhancing original features, including exposed brickwork, deep red steelwork and architectural detailing. These were complemented by contemporary finishes, upgraded building services and adaptable workplace settings to support long-term flexibility and functionality.
