Project overview
Located at London Court in Reigate, this 4,219 sq ft CAT B fit-out presented an opportunity to create a contemporary regional hub for Workplace Creations, designed to support its expanding South regional team while providing a welcoming environment for clients, partners and the wider business community.
Having outgrown its previous Reigate office, Workplace Creations took on the role of both client and designer, creating a flexible workplace that reflected its own approach to workplace strategy, collaboration and future growth.
Delivered over 12 weeks, the design was shaped by employee feedback and a focus on making every square foot count. Thoughtful zoning introduced a balance of open-plan workstations, modular meeting rooms, quieter work settings and collaborative areas, while retaining 70% of the existing furniture alongside joinery and modular rooms to minimise unnecessary replacement.
A central social hub creates a welcoming focal point for informal meetings, presentations and events, complemented by a dedicated materials library and live furniture showroom. Warm, residential-inspired finishes and carefully considered detailing bring character to the space, delivering a flexible workplace that showcases Workplace Creations' design expertise while supporting its people and regional growth.
