Project overview
Located at Regent Court in Birmingham, this 5,000 sq ft CAT B project presented an opportunity to create a contemporary workplace and specialist training academy for Daikin, bringing together everyday office operations, hands-on technical learning and industry engagement.
Daikin appointed Workplace Creations to deliver a two-stage transformation, creating a bright, modern office environment on the first floor and a state-of-the-art training and conference facility on the ground floor.
Delivered over six weeks, the project required careful coordination to accommodate fully operational equipment for practical installer training and live product demonstrations. Workplace Creations worked closely with Daikin to integrate specialist technology alongside flexible training rooms, conference facilities and product displays.
The design combined neutral finishes and contemporary furniture in the offices with exposed ceilings and industrial-inspired features in the training academy. The result is a functional, brand-led environment that supports employees, approved installers and industry events, bringing together workplace design, technical innovation and practical learning.
