Project overview
Located at The Bailey, London, this 8,600 sq ft CAT A+ fit-out presented an opportunity to transform an underutilised ground-floor space into a contemporary, nature-inspired workplace, designed to attract prospective tenants and provide a fully fitted, ready-to-occupy environment.
Endurance Land appointed Workplace Creations to reposition the space within the commercial property market, creating a distinctive workplace that combined strong visual appeal with flexibility, functionality and employee wellbeing.
Delivered over eight weeks, the design focused on biophilic elements, natural materials and adaptable working environments. A striking central tree installation, visible from the street, became the defining feature of the scheme, establishing a strong identity and creating a welcoming focal point.
The workplace incorporates a central social hub and teapoint, flexible boardroom with folding partitions, private meeting pods and informal collaboration areas. Rich oak finishes, earthy tones and brass detailing create a warm, hospitality-inspired environment, delivering a distinctive, market-ready workplace designed to support modern occupier expectations.
