The Shard, Level 9

Located on Level 9 of The Shard, London, this 15,361 sq ft CAT B fit-out presented an opportunity to create a contemporary, connected workplace for Robert Half and Protiviti, bringing two affiliated businesses together while maintaining their individual identities.

Following a decade on Level 10, Robert Half and Protiviti appointed Workplace Creations to deliver a shared workplace that reflected their evolving business needs, supported collaboration and provided greater flexibility for their teams.

Delivered over 24 weeks, the project involved extensive stakeholder engagement and collaborative workshops to establish a workplace strategy that balanced the requirements of both organisations. The design incorporated dedicated branded areas for each business, alongside shared facilities that encouraged interaction and connection.

A central social hub with flexible folding walls provides space for informal gatherings and larger events, complemented by an adaptable training suite, shared reception and dedicated project rooms. Carefully coordinated finishes bring the two environments together, creating a cohesive workplace that supports collaboration, productivity and future flexibility.
