Do I need to have chosen my building already?

Mobilise starts with the building you’re moving into. Choose it from the building-selection journey to begin a project brief. If you cannot find it, use the journey’s available options rather than creating an unlisted building record.

What if we already have suppliers?

Include the services and arrangements you already have in your brief. The relevant matching depends on what your project needs and what is already covered.

Does being shortlisted mean a supplier is appointed?

No. A recommended shortlist helps you identify relevant specialists. You decide whom to contact or take forward; an invitation or preference is not a contract award.

Is the programme a guaranteed move-in date?

No. Mobilise provides a recommended programme to help make the sequence and progress visible. Timing depends on the brief, building and the partners involved.

What does Mobilise cost to use?

There is no platform charge to an occupier for using tendre. Supplier fees or project costs are separate and depend on the services and arrangements you make with your chosen partners.
