22 Bishopsgate

Rising 278 metres across 61 levels, 22 Bishopsgate is a people-led smart building designed around collaboration, wellbeing and a more flexible way of working. The official building site reports 1.275 million sq ft of total space, including approximately 150,000 sq ft of shared spaces and amenities for its workplace community. The building was developed by AXA IM Alts in partnership with Lipton Rogers Developments, designed by Karen Cook of PLP Architecture and constructed by Multiplex. It is managed by BNPP AM Alts on behalf of an international consortium of investors, with JLL as the property management team.
