Dr. Martens plc is relocating its London headquarters to 20 Whitfield Street in Fitzrovia, delivering a 40,000 sq. ft. Cat B office fit out designed to support collaboration, creativity and future growth. EthosEQ was appointed to provide cost consultancy services, supporting the client from building selection and technical due diligence through to procurement of the fit-out contractor.
