Project overview

The project at ITN’s Grays Inn Road HQ involved the creation of new office and production support space within a live broadcast environment. The scheme comprised a mix of open-plan workspace alongside highly serviced specialist areas, including dressing rooms, green rooms, make-up rooms, comms rooms and a range of meeting and quiet spaces. The works required careful integration of technical and workplace environments balancing the needs of day-to-day office use with the operational requirements of a large media organisation. EthosEQ were appointed to provide Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent services on the project.
