Business Moves Group partnered with Legal & General to deliver a phased office refurbishment at its eight-storey One Coleman Street headquarters in London, ensuring the workplace remained fully operational throughout the project. Over two carefully planned phases, we managed workplace assets, coordinated furniture moves, and supported refurbishment works with minimal disruption to employees. Sustainability was at the heart of the project, with furniture prioritised for reuse, storage, resale, or donation before recycling. This circular approach diverted significant volumes of furniture from landfill, generated substantial carbon savings, and supported local charities through furniture donations, demonstrating Legal & General's commitment to environmental responsibility and corporate social value.
