Project overview

Business Moves Group partnered with Ramboll over an 18-month period to deliver a series of workplace change and relocation projects across multiple UK locations. From relocating offices in Edinburgh, Cambridge, and Southampton to transforming the Chester workplace with new sit-stand desks, each project was carefully planned to minimise disruption and keep business operations running smoothly. Alongside managing office furniture, IT equipment, and workplace assets, we prioritised sustainability by reusing, storing, and recycling materials wherever possible, providing detailed recycling reports to support Ramboll's environmental goals. The success of these projects strengthened our partnership, leading to further opportunities to support Ramboll's future workplace relocations.
