Project overview

Masdar required a complete refresh of the meeting and conferencing technology across its London headquarters, replacing ageing AV systems with a modern, intuitive Microsoft Teams Rooms environment. The objective was to create a consistent user experience across every collaboration space while improving meeting quality, simplifying room booking and supporting the organisation's hybrid working strategy. SPOR designed and delivered a fully integrated workplace technology solution incorporating Samsung commercial displays, HP Poly Microsoft Teams Rooms systems, Shure IntelliMix conferencing audio and Crestron room scheduling panels. Every space was standardised to provide a seamless user experience, from smaller meeting rooms through to the executive boardroom. The completed solution has transformed collaboration across the office, providing reliable, high-quality hybrid meetings, intuitive room booking and a future-ready platform that is simple to use, easy to support and built to scale with the client's evolving workplace needs.
