Project overview

PGIM required a flexible, enterprise-grade collaboration environment capable of supporting a wide range of meeting formats, from executive board meetings and client presentations to training sessions and large-scale collaborative events. The objective was to create a future-ready workplace that delivered an intuitive user experience, seamless hybrid collaboration and the flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements. SPOR designed and delivered a fully integrated workplace technology solution incorporating a Samsung 130" LED display, Crestron Flex conferencing, Crestron DM NVX AV over IP, Biamp audio, AVer auto-framing cameras and native Microsoft Teams and Zoom functionality. The solution provides a consistent, easy-to-use experience while supporting multiple room configurations and enterprise collaboration standards.
