Project overview

ADT Workplace designed and delivered x+why’s flexible workspace at 100 Embankment in Manchester. The 33,000 sq ft scheme was developed around flexibility, sustainability and community, providing a range of environments suited to different working styles while maintaining a strong focus on environmental performance and user experience. ADT worked with x+why to create a contemporary coworking environment that combines functional workspace with areas intended to encourage interaction and collaboration between members. The project has become one of ADT Workplace’s most recognised schemes, winning the Architizer A+ Award for Best Remote Work & Co-Working Space in 2024 as well as receiving workplace fit-out recognition.
