Essity partnered with ADT Workplace to create a sustainable and human-centric office at Ocean House in Manchester, covering 10,000 sq. ft. The project, driven by Essity's expansion and commitment to employee wellbeing, was completed in 13 weeks and aimed to support modern working practices. The new workspace includes dedicated quiet areas, collaboration spaces, and biophilic design elements to enhance productivity and wellness. Additionally, sustainability was central to the project, incorporating energy-efficient systems and a circular economy approach, resulting in zero waste to landfill. This holistic focus ensures the environment adapts to evolving workstyles while embodying Essity's brand values throughout the office design.
