Benefact Group’s Manchester Workplace Transformation

ADT Workplace delivered a 6,600 sq ft office fit-out for Benefact Group at 11 York Street, Manchester, transforming the space into a modern, flexible workplace designed to support hybrid working, collaboration and employee wellbeing.

Working alongside architectural design firm Spacelab, ADT completed the project within a 13-week programme, delivering the interior fit-out, mechanical and electrical systems, and furniture.

The new workplace combines open-plan workstations, private meeting rooms, acoustic focus pods and collaborative spaces with welcoming breakout areas, a café-style kitchen and informal seating. Natural materials, warm finishes, integrated technology and energy-efficient lighting create a comfortable, contemporary environment that reflects Benefact Group’s identity and sustainability ambitions.

The result is a flexible, people-focused workplace designed to improve connectivity, encourage collaboration and support the organisation’s evolving ways of working.
