Project overview

ADT Workplace delivered Henry Boot Group’s new headquarters across three floors of the Isaacs Building in Sheffield. Working alongside the client and Incognito, ADT transformed the space into an agile, sustainable workplace designed to support different working styles. The office combines open-plan workstations, agile tables, meeting rooms, quiet pods, collaboration areas and social spaces, connected by a feature oak-laminate staircase. Sustainability was central to the project, with environmentally responsible materials, intelligent LED lighting and extensive use of natural light. The new workplace is expected to reduce carbon emissions by 79% compared with Henry Boot’s former headquarters and supports the company’s ambition to achieve net zero carbon by 2030. The project subsequently received recognition from the British Council for Offices.
