Amova Asset Management's relocation to 36 Queen Street, London, was an opportunity to create a workplace tailored to its specialist operational requirements while maximising the value of an existing CAT A+ fit-out.

The 7,113 sq ft workplace needed to accommodate specialist trading facilities, focused working environments and a secure client suite, balancing the day-to-day needs of employees with a professional and welcoming client experience.

Through targeted adaptations and the retention of existing furniture, lighting and finishes, the project delivered a workplace that supports Amova's teams, provides dedicated facilities for clients and makes effective use of the investment already in place, without the need for a complete redesign.
