Project overview

Comprehensive strip-out and structural works across floors 1–5 of 6 More London, preparing the building for refurbishment and environmental upgrades. Works included removal of ceilings, partitions, kitchenettes and associated pipework, together with staircase removal and infilling. The project was delivered within a busy London location while maintaining live services to an occupied sixth floor and minimising disruption to ground-floor retail and neighbouring businesses. A 20% material reuse rate was achieved.
