Change programme management of office relocation

Project overview

isovist were responsible the programme management of the relocation to a new office for Paramount in Amsterdam. We supported from property selection through to the management of the design and build project, the physical move, and the hand-back of the former location. We coordinated the work of internal teams, including Paramount technology, security, HR, and global real estate, as well as overseeing the work of external partners including the AV integrator (Aces Direct), design and build contractor (Area Europe), removals (Hulshoff), furniture pod installation (IPJ), and security consultant (Infratech). As part of the move, Paramount took on a part-furnished space, leaving a surplus of furniture at the old office. To maximise the sustainability of the project, we coordinated the re-use and relocation of this surplus furniture to other Paramount offices in London, Paris and Budapest.
